Swing batter batter batter, swing!
I can't believe I'm doing so much athletic activity these days. I guess Chang moving in was a good influence on us. Not only are there regular workouts, but we randomly play sports like golf, grass volleyball, softball, and tennis. This past weekend was the first time we headed out to nearby park to hit some softballs around.
Look at the nice form of all the studly hitters that came out to the ballpark:

I didn't even notice how closely our form matched on those photos. Given that you generally have good form, that must mean I'm doing something right, yah?

andrew's just weak and let go of his top hand. :)
all the power hitters let go of the top hand. how else you gonna do the "pose" after you've crushed a ball and are watching it sail over the fence?

i just want to copy chang.. hehe. actually, i think i didn't lean back as far in other pics, but it makes it look i'm generating a ton of power.
i wouldn't have picked jeter as a power hitter. but the best example of a power hitter who doesn't let go is the freakin monster of righties:
