A small world, indeed

wow, it's been a really long time since i posted here.

well, today at work i was grabbing dinner and then i ran into someone who i met while travelling in europe last summer with my brother!

we first met up in the swiss alps at a random little hostel up in grimmelwald (i think that was the name). my brother and i first ran into these brothers who were from washington. we went hiking together for a couple days, cooked some dinner, had a good time, and traded emails. since one of them was looking for a job the next summer, i eventually submitted his resume at work and he started a couple months ago. so today in the cafeteria, i saw his brother since apparently he had driven down from washington and was in town to visit. kinda strange meeting them at work in california... somehow not quite as exciting as in a random place while travelling in europe.

that kinda made me miss travelling... it was only a year ago, but it feels like ages and ages ago already. like a whole 'nother lifetime and way of living . i want to go travel the earth again!!!
