I am 26, going on 27...

Ah, another year by and am nearing the edge of the mid-20s... To celebrate, we first headed to Dave & Busters over in Milpitas with the fellas, grabbed some grub, had an interesting shooter called Lethal Weapon, and played some games. Highlights included one of those virtual boxing games that made me lose my breath, a failed attempt at 5 person Daytona as we all tried to swipe the same card, and a crushing loss to Felix in Madden when I tried to do a fancy dive into the end zone only to go out at the 1 yard line by pressing the wrong button as time expired. Despite all the practice of indoor hoops while at Laurel Way and previous encounters with Skeeball, I was pretty mediocre at those =)

With that out of the way, I had been planning to head to MemChu for the annual midnight christmas caroling which I had never been able to catch, but it didn't seem quite appropriate to end the festivities at 11pm. Instead, we headed to Hue, a Korean lounge place which seems to be the destination of choice for many birthday sessions in the past, most recently two days ago for Felix.

Predictably enough, there was much soju and beer to go around, and we hung out there for a couple hours. Embarrassingly enough, I started laughing and couldn't blow out all the candles in one breath... and they weren't even those trick candles!
